Our fantastic vacation in Trisara, started with a free upgrade from one to two bedroom villas. The transfer to the airport is free and took only 15 minutes ... the CEO welcomed us when we arrived at the lobby. The staff at the front desk then showed us around the main hotel building before we were spotted by our villa for check-in.
