The hotel is very well located - is on the border of the north and the center of Pattaya. At the same time it stands on the beach. In this place of Pattaya the sea is still quite clean, closer to the center and in the center it is already very dirty. The northern beaches are considered the cleanest. So here you can safely swim, and at the same time the whole center is within walking distance. You can do without tuk-tuk. And the beach is basically good - clean, with a fine sand.
