I was fortunate enough to have a rest at the Manita Boutique two weeks in the spring of 2012 (March-April). In Pattaya, I was already the second time, I have a presentation. Rested alone (do not be surprised - it happens and this).
The hotel is located, in my opinion, very well - at the foot of the hill (Pratumnak Hill, I climbed there on foot). Near the hotel there is a road leading directly to the pier, from which boats leave and ferry to the islands. And, of course, this same road leads to the well-known Walking Street.
