This is the freezing hostel I've come across. Disrespect and meanness come from the staff of the hostel. The girl at the reception generally allows herself to switch to org and insults, if the client does not understand her from a half-word. And the residents are forced to withstand its unpredictable hysterical nature. The guests communicate exclusively with the maters. In general, I advise everyone to stay away from this rotten place.
