Stayed at the Benn Hotel in my beloved Berlin. The hotel is small, private, very tidy and very inexpensive. The owner is a very nice and hospitable person, always ready to help everyone and everything. The manager also knows his business and helps tourists with advice, explains everything in detail, not sparing time and energy.
I was always amazed at how Europeans treat their business ... Everything they do, they do with a soul, on conscience. They do not stupidly chase profit. For them, the reputation is in the first place .... Read full review
