The horror in the restaurant: limited range, queues, uncleanliness and hamovity of the staff. Draws a maximum of 3 stars. There are no cleanings in the cleaning plots, and care for the greens is not visible.

The hotel is located fifteen minutes from the airport. The settlement passed quickly. The hotel area is big and beautiful, but as for me a little greenery, but it does not bother us. Since our visit to Egypt is the third time, that is, with what to compare. In Cleopatra Luxury, we rested with the whole family in October last year. We liked the hotel very much. I would not give this hotel 5 *. The pictures look really impressive, the area with swimming pools is very beautiful, but here is the building itself and everything in it is some unfinished thing-whether. The tap in the room flows, the door in the shower sticks, the furniture is clearly not the first freshness. But there are slippers, a robe and coffee with tea, among other things.
The service is polite, but not sincere. Some without a tip and a finger do not move and this greatly spoils the impression of rest in general. In Russian slabenko, but understand.

At the end of September 2012, I and my friend were vacationing at the Cleopatra Luxury Resort 5 *. After the flight, as a rule, tourists are very tired, and we were no exception. Tired and exhausted reached the hotel and then we were waiting for a surprise. Do not think, the surprise was pleasant! Madly liked the number, fatigue as a hand took off.
