Arrived with a girl in this hotel in the morning. They did not settle at once. I had to wait at the reception for about half an hour. Then they handed us the key to the room on the first floor. I went to rest with my husband at the Baron Palms hotel in August this year. Everything was just fine, since we had an ordinary evening check-in, there were no problems with the settlement, we were registered in 15 minutes, and I was already sitting in my room on the bed, stretching my legs. At the reception we were given bracelets, cards and memos "summaries of hotel laws" in Russian and English. Yes, many staff members speak Russian well.
