Today, the Embassy of Croatia in Moscow hosted a presentation of the new visa program of the country. At the moment, for tourists holding Schengen visas, a simplified procedure for entering the country is valid, which will last until July 1, 2013. The head of the visa department of the MFA of the Republic of Maya Teider is convinced that "such a privilege will exist after Croatia's accession to the European Union." At the same time, Vinko Ljubicic, head of the consular affairs department at the Foreign Ministry of the Republic, stated that as of April 1, 2013 year, Russian tourists will be able to obtain visas within five days from the date of receipt of the request to the Embassy of Croatia in Moscow. The cost of the visa is 35 EUR for the usual and 69 EUR for the urgent.
